Paid bookings will not be refundable under any circumstances. Slot will be cancelled for paid bookings post 30 mins.

Food from outside is strictly prohibated. Levels has in-house food kitchen with delicious dishes.

The lounge is monitored by various CCTV cameras. Any Uneithical  activity in the lounge will not be tolerated.
